Telepresence Server -Conductor 481_Call_Leg_Transaction_Does_Not_Exist

HI,

maybe you could help me or give me a tip whats could happen

I have Expressway C-Expressway E  Verion. 8.5.2

Telelpresence Server Version : 4.1(2.29)

Conductor Version : : XC3.0.3

Call Manager Version 10.5.2

TMS 14..6.2

If I try to call a Meeting Room on Telepresennce Server I see there is an incoming call but I never get a connection still incoming call

Any Idea whats happen ?
