Webex Sandbox stuck in setup stage

Everytime I try and reserve a webex box it neve goes past the setup stage. It always queue's the setup command for some reason.

Any ideas?

Greetings, Brad! Are you still seeing this issue? If you are, can you provide a screenshot so I can see exactly where in the process things are going south? Also, what OS and browser are you using?
