Unable to Login to Sandbox UCCE Finesse Environment

I have reserved a session on the sandbox and would like to login to the Finesse server using the credentials, 1000, 1000, 1000.

When entering the credentials shown the connection times out with an error.

The sign-in process is taking longer than expected.

On reading other posts, it suggests the server may need a reboot.

Can this be done, since I don't have long left on the session.

do you have an active reservation to the UCCE sandbox ? if so can you provide the user-id and we can look at the reservation.

I’m currently waiting for a session to start this afternoon, which I’m waiting for the credentials to be provided.
