UsePrimaryExtension=true causes failure

I am having an issue updating and creating new MWI's and setting the UsePrimaryExtension field to true in Unity Connection 10.5.2. Setting this false and specifying an extension and phone system works as expected.

Here is the XML from the update MWI PUT:

<Mwi><UsePrimaryExtension>true</UsePrimaryExtension></Mwi>

I have tried with true, t and 1 as values and none of them work. I've even looked through the VMREST logs, but they only give a vague error.

Any chance that user already has an MWI extension mapped to inherit?  By default the first (MWI-1) device created when the user is added is flagged for that - you can have only one per user with that flag set.
