UC Endpoint reservation, generates username as blank. How to obtain credentials to login to IM & presence web SDK?

I am trying to login to the demo chat application of IM & Presence web SDK. But all the credentials which worked fine for me few months back are no longer working. I created a reservation on UC Endpoint lab & clicked on Add web SDK. It creates user but the username is displayed as blank in the output window as well as in the email that I receive. Please help me obtain the correct credentials.

I tried those credentials, but had no luck. It still gives me the same "Unauthorized" error.
