JTAPI Load Testing

Is anyone aware of a tool for load testing (1000+ phones) for Cisco JTAPI? We have access to the IP Phone emulator but that is limited to one per host.  We need a way of have 100s of end points on one host.  Up to 1000.

I assume Cisco uses a tool like this for load testing.  Just wondering if it's available for partners?

Another approach would be to use SIP endpoints to connect to CUCM.  Is this possible?

I've heard of a tool called Camelot that Cisco uses.  Is this available for partners? Thanks.
