The 12,000 model for HCS-CC has a limit of 6000 Active CallTypes and 12,000 for Configured. Does this mean that only 6,000 Calltypes can be in scripts? or that the CallType's EffectiveFrom and EffectiveDates fields are either side of today in CCDM?
There doesn't seem to be a definition anywhere....
Are there any tricks and tips on using more than 6,000 CallTypes but still get under the 6,000 Active limit?
