Route calls to post call survey after courtesy call back

Hi,

I am trying to route calls after our courtesy callback to a post call script. I am able to run the post call script for normal inbound calls just fine, but callback calls fail when trying to route to the post call survey. Any help would be appreciated.

Josh,

Best place to start troubleshooting would be:

  1. The CVP Call Server log
  2. Ingress gateway debug  (deb ccsip mess & deb voip appl script)

Is the ingress device that's running survivability.tcl TDM-IP or CUBE?   If it's the latter, you might want to try setting "voice-class sip midcall-signaling block" on the outgoing dial peer (the one used for the call leg to the CVP Call Server).
