We tried to reproduce the issue, and could not.

If you could re-run your test, and let us know the specifics of your environment. Browser, etc.

And, if you could try this from different browsers and a different computer?

Hi ewindgat,

I work in the same team as Shi You Chen, according to your suggestions, we test it again with different PC and different browsers.

My environment is listed below,

PC: windows 7 Enterprise x64,

Browser: Chrome 45.0.2454.101 m, Firefox 41.0.1

Testing web page: survey.html page of assistsample

i find another issue, when i input the Chinese character using form editor, it can't be populated to the client side, but when i input the English character, it can be successfully transmitted to client side.

the screenshot is listed as below:

1)input Chinese character using form editor

2)client side result

3)input the English character

4)client side result

hi ,

we can reproduce this issue very easily.

please access to assistsample client page and also login in an agent.

in suvery page, pleaes copy following Asian character into your form editor.

and configure browser encoding into UTF8.

Hello ----English

你好 —Chinese

こんにちは---Japanese

안녕하세요—Korean

then, click 'populate form' button. you can see the issue.

i paste one screenshot for your reference.

Testing environment.

Correction. It looks like localization from the user interface side, will be available in version 11.0. It is not available in 10.6

Hi Edwin,

we are not sure about whether it is UI issue.

you can reproduce in Android app with Asian web page shared with agent web console/ agent SDK or even Finesse gadget.

the problem is same.

can you confirm this issue can be fixed in 11.0 or it is on the roadmap.

and when 11.0 can be released?
