Where to get the ioxclient tool?

Hi,

I am following the guide "IR829 PaaS and Container Style Applications Deployment Guide". There is a link to download the ioxclient tool there (http://bgl-ads-1313.cisco.com:9000/iox/ioxclient-xc_old_packaging_format/snapshot/linux_amd64/ioxclient) but the link it is not working for me (maybe need more privileges? I receive a timeout). I have already an app and deployed it successfully in an emulator (cclient tool), but I want to test it in the real router.

Where can I download the ioxclient?
