Finesse with GED-188

Hello,

We have UCCX 10.6 with Finesse for the Supervisors.

We are integrating UCCX with Altitude Software and they say they use GED-188 to login the Agents directly on UCCX through RmCm port 12028.

The purpose will be to login and logout the Agent and change their status through Altitude.

In our scenario, the Agents will not use the Finesse Desktop URL to make any operations.

Did anyone tried this scenario with Finesse and GED-188?

You might want to look at non-gadget scenarios for examples on how to accomplish this.

We could do this using the UCCX CTI developer guide.

The connection is through 12028 TCP Port.

They can login an Agent and change the Status through this API.

No Finesse is envolved in this scenario.
