socialminer/uccx webchat - "rate the chat"-survey

Is there a way to alter the final stage of the web-chat so that besides the Transcript Download we can input a "rate the chat"-survey function or a web-link to another survey-form to rate the experience for the end-customer ?

I have seen talks about that this could "maybe" be possible with the API-support but cannot find an example on how this could be done.

At this time, this is not possible.

We are looking to do a similar post chat survey for our customer. Cisco have confirmed this is not a current feature within SocialMiner but is due in v12. This is supposed to be out in summer 2018.
