I would like develop the interface to enable in-room billing for internet. I would like to ask you.

What communication protocol do i use to connect to Cisco Wireless Controller?

Do you have any interface specification Cisco Wireless Controller to third party?

Please advise...

This question is in the wrong forum, but anyway... The WLC's support SNMP for configuration. Thats how Cisco Prime configure them as well. I do believe you will find most of what you need in the AIRESPACE MIB.
