How to run a ISR as a SIP GW?

We have an ISR2921 working as a voice gateway, and we can connect to an ISP thru a SIP connection.

the SIP provider give us an username/password and SIP domain of SIP proxy server, how to use the user account to register to the SIP provider? how is the configuration in the ISR2921?
