Nexus local account password length enforcement

Dear Community,

Knowing that the default for local account passwords is 8 characters, and password- strength-check is enabled by default in Nexus OS.

Is there a Nexus OS command, or a scripted way, to enforce that local user account password length be 12 characters?

I don't think so, You just can disable and enable password strength.

Enable:

switch(config)# password strength-check

!by default it is enabled

Disable:

no switch(config)# password strength-check

Show password strength status:

switch# show password strength-check
