Hi all,

we are using CiscoJtapiProperties.updateCertificate to download the client and server certificates from the CUCM. In the wireshark I see that the file CTL* was downloaded successfully. After downloading the method is returning an exception:

java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception:  Couldn't verify Signature UpdateCertificate failed

What could be the reason for that Exception ? I didn't find any description in the JTAPI documentation.

Thanks in advance for any help !

Best Regards,

Detlef
