Customer POC ..having a issue whereby
After successfully registering a device through the BYOD self-registration, downloading the appropriate certificates and automatically being connected to the BYOD WiFi in ISE the endpoint no longer show the Portal User and BYOD Registration. - see attached image
Customer claims this has occured after applying the latest ISE patch. running 2.0.0.306
Is this a Know issue ?

It might have hit this bug CSCuw31016, which being addressed in Patch 3.

Is this a single node, or a multi-node deployment?
They loaded the "latest" patch, so 2.0 p2?
I see you say it's a customer PoC, so they don't own it yet, i.e.: no TAC Case # to share?
