Licensing for ISE to integrate with MSE

What are the licensing requirements for the ISE2.0 integration with MSE?

Is the integration included with the base license or is Plus or Apex required?

Apologies I check with the product manager and he said base (not plus) is required 

he also said he would add to the guide
