Spoty Presence issues with Cloud Deployment

WebEx messenger and webex meeting center.  We have a hybrid cloud deployment.  CUCM 10.5 .  Deploying jabber-config.xml via the orgadmin page.  seeing some users with in our contact lists that are offline but other users see that same person as available.  we have a small percentage of these users having the issue.  we have checked the MSRTCP SIP attribute and that matches the JID in orgadmin.  We are ADFS SSO and have about 1500 users.  the issue is hit or miss.  No firewall are blocking the traffic at all and we have reviewed detailed captures.  Any one else seeing this issue?

I recommend you also post this to the Cisco Support Community since this community does not provide technical support and is not staffed with technical support experts (Cisco Support Community). Another option is to open a ticket with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (www.cisco.com/go/support) to get expert debugging assistance.
