How to Connect to Sandbox Remote Expert Mobile lab

I have followed these steps :-

  1. 1.      I start reservation of REM lab then I received the Email of Connection Details. 
  2. 2.      The Connection was succeeded  to VPN by using Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
  3. Then I tried to connect by using either my Lab’s Web Portal, or making connections directly to enabled devices by using tools such as PuTTY and RDC but failed.

Kindly find the attached print screen for more details.

Apologies for the delay in getting back with you. I have tested out this lab and everything appears to be working normally. Do you still have a reservation with this lab? Could we try to replicate your issues?

Also, the pictures you have uploaded did not come through - it would be helpful if you tried to upload them again.
