Hi,
We currently have a situation where we are controlling the SX20 over a USB-Serial adapter (control is working fine)
The issue is that is has disabled the OSD on the main display. Originally we have controlled the SX20 using this method but a firmware upgrade seems to have disabled this function.
Has anyone come across this issue and if you have do you have a fix?
I understand that using Telnet over IP is the other option but the client has really high security on the switch ports and its stripping the Username/password info on the string? Does anyone have any knowledge of what could be causing the stripping of this information?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
