Total agents ready talking etc

Hi,

I am using CUIC standard, and try to make a dashboard in which we can see in a pi chart the total number of agents talking, ready, not ready, logged in etc

It seems it isn't in CUIC standard or I must have missed it

Has anyone an idea on how to achieve that?

For CCE this would be the "Stock Agent State Real Time Graph".  Should be under the CCE/CCE_AF_Realtime folder, or download from CCO here: Cisco Systems

I have UCCX

I don't think I can use these templates on UCCX, but I am not sure

Correct, they will not work UCCX, totally different database.

UCCX has an "Agent State Log Report".  Theoretically you could create a new chart view for it, but it is a Live Data report and you can't create a chart on top of a Live Data report.  My understanding is that that is being addressed in a future release.
