Outlook crashes due to the webex addin

Hello,

I'm using outlook 2010 and it keeps on crashing since I've installed the webex productivity add-in.

What is the problem here?

Productivity tools are not supported by the WebEx Development Team, you'll need to contact WebEx support for assistance with this software.
