UCSPE Import SSL Negotiation Failed

I am using the UCS Platform Emulator for the first time, and I'm trying to import from my current environment for testing.  I've tried to import from file, and received an error:

I then tried to import from Live UCS, and got the following error:

Can someone assist with what I may be doing incorrectly?
