Supervisor promotion

In finesse, can i give an existing Supervisor on a team permission to assign an agent on the same team to the supervisor role, as needed?

Basically if she is out, she wants to make one of the staff a supervisor to cover for her.  We do not want to continually have to log in and assign their staff on a day to day basis.

Hi Matt,

Unfortunately not. Supervisors do not have the ability to add more supervisors to the team they are supervising. During the team creation process, the admin CAN add a secondary supervisor, but that also means that when that secondary supervisor logs into the Finesse desktop, they will have the supervisor view (with the team performance gadget).
