Does 7K with image 6.2 support traffic shaping, and if does...does it support on a vlan interface?

Hi,

Yes, but F Series modules and M2 modules support shaping in the priority queue, so other queues are not saturated.

Additionally they should not applied on Vlan interfaces, but physical interfaces.
