Screen capture and file share over MRA

Hi

I have Cisco jabber for windows version 11.7. Internal , the screen capture and file sharing works, but when connecting over MRA it is disabled.

Please assist?

File sharing needs managed file transfer setup using off box servers

This is in the expressway release notes under caveats

For file transfer to work over MRA we need to use Managed File Transfer,PTP is not supported.

If you are using MFT and internally it is working then you need to add url in http white list of Expressway C.

You can see the logs in Event logs of Expressway C.

You also had to add a URL to your  Expressway-C http whitelist to allow MFT externally. Allowed methods: POST. https://cup.domain:7336/files
