Hi

How do you separate values entered into the "is in list" value field in Finesse administration, Workflows, when defining when to activate a workflow?

ex.

If any condition are met

"Callvariable10" "is in list" "aaaa or bbbb or cccc" ? Is it comma, plus, space or

Can't find this documented anywhere

Regards
Henrik

Hi Henrik,

Thank you for pointing out that it is not specified in the documentation. The eliminator is a comma (with or without the space). So, "CallVariable10" "is in list" "aaaa, bbbb, cccc" or "CallVariable10" "is in list" "aaaa, bbbb, cccc".

Thanx,

Denise

Thanks Denise, I'll try it out

Do we know how many characters long this field can go? Can we add that to the admin guide too?

Hi Steven,

Sorry for the delayed answer. There are no restrictions on the length of the list.

Thanx,

Denise
