Reason values for ProviderClosedEvent

For this jtapi event:

34: Sep 07 09:11:03.017 EDT %JTAPI-PROTOCOL-7-UNK:(P1-10.49.179.54) received Event: com.cisco.cti.protocol.ProviderClosedEvent {

  eventSequence = 0

  reason        = 4

  }

What are all of the possible reason values and their meanings?  Or just point me to where they are listed.

I am not sure if this is exposed to applications. 4 indicates a generic provider open failure.

Since these are internal codes and not exposed at API, i don't have a list.  CTI logs should tell why the request failed.
