History Service - Additional Queryable Fields?

In the History Service in the XML API, how robust is the querying that can be performed in a request?  I notice in the samples provided in the documentation that date ranges are used to filter results.  But could we also filter by other fields?  For example, by one of the Tracking Code fields?
