This little App is a sample, showing how APIC-EM and Prime Infrastructure can be integrated to automate and simplify a RMA process. There are details that must be worked out for productive use, however the basic concept would remain the same.
1.) You have to enter the parameters (IP, User, PW) to connect to Prime Infrastructure and APIC-EM
2.) Then the App will get the 'broken' Devices from Prime Infrastructure that you can 'replace'
3.) Enter the S/N of the new Device, plug it in.
4.) PnP process (DHCP, DNS, Bootstrap, USB) will help the new device to contact APIC-EM and download the config that got provisioned through this App
Program tested against APIC-EM 1.2.1 and Prime Infrastructure 3.1.
