TAPI/TSP and Windows RDP support

We've had issues with an application that leverages Cisco TSP and found there used to be an issue with RDP and TAPI/TSP instability (see below).  Is this still an issue?  The server is Windows 2012 R2 (64 bit).

Access to the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced server is not supported at any time via Remote Desktop (RDP), Terminal Services (TS) or any other session-based application. These applications can cause TAPI/TSP and Wave Driver instability. Only local or VNC connection is supported. For more information, see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308405

Using TSP-based applications via RDP or RemoteTSP is (still) not supported.

Hi, Does this still apply, the caveat has been removed from 12.x Attendant Console Advanced Installation Guides?

Thanks

Hi Lee,

Did you ever get an answer to this?

Thanks

Richard
