Hi

One customer would like to have his WebEx Recordings in his datacenter.

So my idea was to use MediaSense to Record his WebEx Session.

And my question is , is this possible that MediaSense Record the WebEx Sessions?

If yes where I can find some more information how to configure it, because in all documents I have search , I didn´t find anything.

Thanks in advance.

Regards

José

It is possible to record any phone call to MediaSense. It can be used to record a Webex, but it would appear just like a phone call with two parties. One side is the receiving phone and the other is the whole meeting.

The way to do this is to trigger the Webex call to MediaSense. You can directly add in MediaSense as a participating phone, has to be done manually, or trigger from one of the physical devices or use a CUBE.

Why are you looking at MediaSense and not the already available WebEx recordings?

You can unicast me at anilve@cisco.com for more discussions about the business case.

Thanks,
