Post moderation is a significant detraction of the DevNet Community space IMO. Typically when a developer posts here it's because they are facing an immediate question with their project - having to wait 1-2 days before a post even hits means they are going elsewhere to try and find answers while they wait... which is probably exactly what the team responsible for this fostering this community doesn't want to see happen.
I know that some time ago content moderation was turned on across a number of Community spaces to combat spam, but I think that experiment was largely abandoned on many of the others.
