CUCM/CTI Manager Performance

Hi,

One of our customer has deployment of 30000+ phones. Though we believe this should be multi-cluster deployment but as per information we have it’s a single cluster deployment. Our question is, if it’s a single cluster deployment then will there be any impact on CUCM/CTI Manager if we open 200 concurrent threads to push alert message using JTAPI Send data.

A single provider can have up to 10,000 devices on 1 CTI node. You will need 3 app instances connected to 3 nodes each working on 10,000 phones.
