I have seen quite a few questions on the forum about PnP issues caused by "aaa command authorization".
This is fixed with APIC-EM 1.3 and IOS 16.3.2.
There is also a work around you can deploy today, if you do not want to run 16.3.2 documented in my blog post Network Automation with Plug and Play (PnP) – Part 7
