query about in vlan multi cast not working

i m working in isp one of the customer assigned  vlan   with ip pool /29 . the problem client able to ping gateway given to him but  he is not getting internet

There is not enough information in the question for any sort of answer to be provided.

I would first check to see if you can ping a DNS service (i.e. 8.8.8.8)  If you can then you should be ok, if not then I would consider the VLANs and whether they are talking with each other/have the right permissions to either use each other to access the internet through the specified gateway or to make sure the VLAN in question has the correct gateway and default route assigned to access the internet.

Truly, more info is needed.  A copy and paste of show run would help.
