TelePresence SX10 - insert a dial pause for dtmf

With Cisco IP Phones it is possible to configure phone numbers separated with a comma (dial pause, i.e. 12345,6789) --> one comma = 2 seconds pause, two comma = 4 seconds pause,... with the help of Speed dials. I need the same functionality for a sx10-, sx20- and mx300-device. In various documentations I have only found the possibility to do this with the FacilityServices. But within the numbers-field, it is not allowed to insert Special characters. Is there another possibility to configure this functionality ? I need this because of a dial-in in a video-conferencing System (dial-in number, then language selection, then conference ID, then Password). Thanks.
