Hi,

We have a call flow:

1. Customer calls - call answered by CVP/IP - IVR with CALLID A

2. IVR initiates a call with blind transfer to a non CTI phone  with CallID ???? ( which CallID ??)

3. Call is transferred - with call ID X?????  ( which CallID ???)  ?

4. Can we identify at the TAPI l / JTAPI level the callID  that the call is answered by the phone ???

5. At the IVR can we write the data to a DB related to the callID ? to which callID 

6. Is there a way to transfer a call to a non CTI phone (Client JTAPI) with the data?
