Hi

I cannot dial URI (internal or external domain) with Jabber clients. I can make internal and external calls dialing the number but not @domain.

I input the XXXX@domail.com but the Phone icon is not display.

CUCM 10.5

CUPS 10.5

Jabber 10.5

Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi,

Can you make sure you have the following key configured in your jabber-config.xml?

<EnableSIPURIDialling>true</EnableSIPURIDialling>
