Webex XML API account creation

Hi Guys,

I am trying to create new accounts using the XML API. I can retrieve info and create meeting but i am unable to create new users. I get an the following response:

            <serv:result>FAILURE</serv:result>

            <serv:reason>Error setting up or modifying user profile</serv:reason>

            <serv:gsbStatus>PRIMARY</serv:gsbStatus>

            <serv:exceptionID>030105</serv:exceptionID>

        </serv:response>

This site is using SSO, i am windering if this error woud be as a result of SSO?

On SSO Enabled sites accounts will be auto-provisioned when they login the first time, I dont believe you can create users w/the API.
