AnyConnect Errors

Hi!

This is my first time with connecting to sandbox. I could not establish vpn connection using anyconnect from ubuntu.

I get the following error,

The AnyConnect package on the secure gateway could not be located. You may be experiencing network connectivity issues. Please try connecting again.

Please let me how this can be solved.

Thanks for asking a question! Could you please let us which network you're trying to connect to, if you have a reservation, and your DevNet username and we can take a look and get to the bottom of this!

Also, which version of Ubuntu and AnyConnect are you using?

Here are the details,

Network: .Sandbox Intro Lab

I had it reserved yesterday for around 2 hours.

Username: yogaraj.baskaravel

Ubuntu version: 16.10

Anyconnect version: Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client Version 3.1.09013

Having connection issues connecting to the lab as well.

PSWD provided for VPN is not accepted.

I don't get any error, it simply boots me off after the PSWD.

Thanks for reaching out! Could you expand a bit on your issue? Are you having trouble connecting through ubuntu or just having trouble with a particular lab? Could you let me know what lab you're trying to connect to? And please let us me now your DevNet username?

Same here , I have ubuntu 14.04 and only openconnect works.
