Hi,
I currently have the Jabber Web sdk working on my Mac and can sign in successfully. I am confused if I was to take this further into a production state does the sdk need to be installed on a windows server?
Thanks.

Jabber Web SDK is a client-side library, and can run in various browsers and is supported on Windows or Mac OS. There is no 'server-side' component, as the Jabber Web SDK registers directly to Cisco UC Manager.

Thanks for the replay,
Curious would this be a valid solution for uccx agents that do not want thick client. The issue I am currently experiencing is resource allocation local to a jabber pc.

Chatting with the Cisco Contact Center Developer Evangelist, it appears Jabber Web SDK clients are supported for use with UCC*/Finesse...good luck!
