We had the guest OS running fine on the 156-3.M and M1b version, but upgrading to the lastest seems it does not want to start.
Doing a bundle install on this fine
ir800-universalk9-bundle.SPA.156-3.M2.bin
We tested to download the image directly and uninstall the bundled version. same result.
Also tried to just install the Guest OS from M1b and M version, but same problems.
IR800#bundle install flash:ir800-universalk9-mz.SPA.156-3.M2 exclude HV-IOS
Installing bundle image: /ir800-universalk9-mz.SPA.156-3.M2, exclude Hypervisor and IOS image..........
IR800#
IR800#guest-os 1 start
Starting Guest OS ...... Done!

Hi Sjur,
Please first check if you have the network configured properly.
If the Guest OS has started and you can telnet to the Guest OS, then you probably refer to the solution to the close caveats CSCvc53541 in the release note http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/800/829/15-6-3M2-Release-Notes.pdf
If the Guest OS has not started, you may have to bundle install the image again but make sure that the Guest OS is not running before installation kicks off.
Regards,
Chun

Thanks.
Checked the cave eats, but did not find anything. Double checked config according to examples.
Ended up doing a full install (bundle install with M2) and a reload. This helped.
