I am renewing the Smartnet for my company but when i looked at my quote from my vendor, it raised a few flags. To me it looks as though they are quoting both old SKU's and the new replacement SKU's for my licensing. My question is which licensing should I use if I am planning on upgrading my CUCM and Unity to 10.5 (I know the license model changes to UWL). I opened a ticket with licensing but was informed that they were not the best resource to answer this question.

If you are renewing this is normal because you are purchasing support for the version you are currently on.
It would show 10.x or 11.x etc if you upgraded using the PUT tool.
