Several customers have asked how they can get access to the Support APIs; what is the process?

Thank you!

That's depends on whether they are PSS partners or SNTC customers:

  • PSS partners follow the same on-boarding process for getting access to the PSS API: Go to the Cisco Partner Support Service Community page and click the API Access link located under the Need Smart Support heading on the left. Fill out the form, submit it, and a case will be opened on your behalf to complete the process.
  • SNTC customers need to complete the instructions described in Cisco Smart Net Total Care Portal Onboarding Guide.  Once you have finished the self-service onboarding process, your company's delegated admin will be able to assign you the API Developer role that will allow access to the Support APIs in the API Console.
