Jabber.SDK on BS6kS

Hi,

i have a question and i hope you could help me .

I have installed a Cisco Bossiness Edition 6000S with the following applications:

CUCM 11.5

IM&P 11.5

CUC 11.5

Now we would like realize a CRM-Application (Salesforce) in this environment and need a CTI-Connection to CUCM. How I know we need Jabber-SDK additionally for Salesforce-Application  also , could you tell me whether we can Install Jabber.SDK on BE6KS and if yes could you send me a related link or Document as reference for me please?

There is no particular 'installation' needed for the Jabber SDK functionality to work.  As long as the CUCM supports configuring Client Services Framework device types for users, Jabber SDK voice/video should work fine.
