my spark board hangs at Cisco logo and does not boot

My Spark board has been up for 3 weeks or more, today it begins to act strage and reboots then will not go past cisco logo in fist splash screen.

Any hard reset or diagnostics I can do from touch screen? it is connected right on Internet, so kinda hard to get to IP

Jody, there should be a factory reset button that is hidden in a pinhole on the back of the unit. I think it was next to the USB ports. Keep in mind that a factory rest will require you to issue a new registration code from the Spark Admin portal and register the board anew.

Also, keep in mind I'm a random stranger on the Internet telling you to do things on equipment for which you pay, not me

Try reverting it back to the last usable version. That should show up in the reset menu.
