CMX 10.3 Tag API

Hi Cisco Team,

Would like to ask for some API that was not included as of now.

1. The limitation on CMX 10.3 on choosing which field to receive other packet information esp. Vendor Data
2. Unable to retrieve TAG location history for CMX 10.3

I agree that we should enhance the RFID tag API, and include tag history.  I will pass on the information.
