CTI information for recording

Hello,

A customer with our call recording solution has CUCM 11.x and UCCX 11.x.  The customer would like to tag each call recording with agent ID. It will ease search by filtering "Agent ID".

Which API is appropriate for this task? In UCCE, there is CTIOS for such function.

Is there similar function for UCCX?

Query is related to another Product - UCCX and has in mistake raised under UCCE queue.  Could we raise it under right queue.

Are you looking for an API that can return agentID of the agent who's call is being recorded?

Or

Are you looking for any suggestions on possible recording applications?
